Description:

The 8200-1302 is a Woodward 505 digital governor that can be used to control steam turbines. This operator control panel acts as a graphical interface and keyboard, allowing adjustments and communication with the turbine. This is configured via the Modbus communication port located on the unit.

The unit includes two redundant speed inputs that accept magnetic pickup devices, eddy current probes, or proximity probes. It has eight analog inputs that can be configured for any of twenty-seven functions. The unit also has an additional twenty contact inputs. The first four of these contacts are used by default for shutdown, raise speed setpoint, reset, and lower speed setpoint.
